Proof from the messy part.
Representative outcomes from hands-on engagements across manufacturing, warehouse, e-commerce, and pharmacy fulfillment. Each result comes from scoped diagnostic and improvement work, with operating details anonymized.
When the operation finally tells the truth.
Liquid manufacturing scale-up
Multi-year cadence engagement with a specialty liquid manufacturer scaling from ~$500K to ~$30M in sales over ~5 years. We provided ongoing operating guidance with consistent cadence across that period, scoping BOMs, documentation, ERP, bottling capacity, staffing, and dock-side JIT loading for major wholesalers. Result: almost no stockouts and ship dates held through hypergrowth.
Retail pharmacy inventory
Brought into a retail pharmacy operation with inventory accuracy around 65–70%. We diagnosed a workaround that returned “missing outbox to stock, trained the team on transaction impact, and connected discrepancies to real dollars. Result: near-full-count accuracy at ~98%.
Finished-goods warehouse recovery
Scoped recovery of a finished-goods warehouse where dead stock blocked live production and short ships were ~25%. The work focused on rack and flow recovery, scrap reduction, and tracing missing boxes to production labeling. Result: ~60% of the warehouse reopened and short ships improved to ~99%.
E-commerce / multi-channel DC
Multi-channel e-commerce fulfillment engagement spanning RF scan-pick, SellerCloud/Skustack, and peak-readiness work. We replaced pen-on-label picking and supported Amazon and Walmart fulfillment through promos. Result: peak days reached ~2×, then +60–70%, while pick error moved from ~4–5% to ~0.03%.
Mail-order pharmacy fulfillment
Mail-order pharmacy fulfillment rebuild engagement. We diagnosed ad-hoc receiving, then scoped PO discipline, tote allocation, put-to-light, lot/expiry serialization, scan shipping, and ship-on-date accountability. Result: daily orders scaled from ~200 to ~500 without relying on freestyle chaos.
Multi-site manufacturing warehouse
Multi-site manufacturing distribution support across plant, overflow, and two 3PLs during a COVID demand spike. We aligned continental shifts to production, treated language as a safety consideration in staffing moves, and tightened carrier and documentation discipline. Result: 26 full loads in 8 hours with ~30M units on hand.

A repeatable process is linear: finish a step, open the next. Branches are explicit if-then kickouts that notify the right people — not silent exceptions. If the process isn’t repeatable, the ERP — and any AI — is guessing.

Retail pharmacy inventory turnaround
Problem: A retail pharmacy operation was running at ~65–70% inventory accuracy; a workaround returned “missing” outbox to stock, while unscanned fills created insurance leakage.
What we did: We were brought in to diagnose the transaction flow, remove the workaround, train the team on transaction implications, and tie accuracy to dollars.
Result: ~98% inventory accuracy on a full count within ~1 year.
Liquid manufacturing hypergrowth
Problem: A specialty liquid manufacturer was scaling from ~$500K to ~$30M in sales over ~5 years while demand outpaced repeatable operating controls.
What we did: We were brought in for a multi-year cadence engagement, providing ongoing operating guidance with consistent cadence over that 5-year period: building BOMs and documentation, implementing ERP, adding a bottling line, staffing the operation with team members and temps, and using dock-side JIT loading for major wholesalers.
Result: ~$30M sales, almost no stockouts, and ship dates held through hypergrowth.
Mail-order pharmacy fulfillment rebuild
Problem: Ad-hoc receiving and fulfillment created growth chaos with no repeatable process.
What we did: We scoped PO discipline, tote allocation, put-to-light, lot/expiry serialization, scan-ship, ship-on-date logging with RCA, and 5S benches.
Result: Daily orders scaled from ~200 to ~500.
